Someone asked me what high quality evidence I had that plasticizers were bad (i.e. why I’m developing my NeutraOat supplement to combat them). So, I asked ChatGPT’s Deep Research to generate a list summarizing the health effects of all the plasticizers in PlasticList, along with evidence and confidence levels. I added examples from PlasticList of where high levels of the plasticizers were found.
Usually, I’d shy away from an AI-generated post, but I don’t think I could do that much better of a job than ChatGPT. I think the post turned out well, even though it’s mostly AI generated. Let me know what you think and if you find this informative or just annoying.
Nice. Tough to know what to actually do with this info practically in day to day life though right? Or are there obvious action items. Not clear if there’s any sort of pattern from what foods have this vs. what foods do not.
